I don't think we should do that. Especially on embedded devices this
could create big problems.
We already have watchdog support via systemd that was partially
implemented? I think Matt might know more about this.
Anyone who wants to know if pluto is alive and who did not enable any
debug logs can still jsut run "ipsec status".
