Peter has a thing against IPsec. It's not that he is wrong about there
being a problem of design by committee, but a lot of those options you
can just refrain from using. I find his arguments a little too
dismissive without any evidence of weakness (apart from referencing
the known IKEv1 Aggressive Mode attack the NSA deploys)
