In the second case PLUTO_MY_SOURCEIP does not get configured on the client.
Good catch. I think we need to address this were the "add" section get
calls for the "up" section, so we don't end up with different sections.
I'd have to see the full test run with this patch to see if this has
side effects - since I know I also moved things around to make it be
called.
