I think the 9p file system used to share files between the host and
the domains gets confused.
Things like:
make kvm-shutdown kvm-install
which force the domains to reboot tends to flush the problem.
'make kvm-clean' would also help because it first shuts down the
domains before deleting OBJ.kvm on the host
While having 'make kvm-install' depend on 'kvm-shutdown' shouldn't be
needed, I guess it is (in the sense that builds will become more
robust :-/ ), I'll add it.
