Summary: the new python3*-3.7.2-5.fc29.x86_64 doesn't fix things

[recap]
The test program cf-deadlock.py locked up on Fedora 29 with
        python3*-3.7.2-4.fc29.x86_64
but it seemed to work with
        python3*-3.7.1-4.fc29.x86_64

Failures of cf-deadlock.py seemed to match failures of libreswan's
test suite harness.
[/recap]

Since then, there has been an update:
        python3*-3.7.2-5.fc29.x86_64

On my desktop, cf-deadlock.py doesn't lock up quickly. It took
something like half an hour. But it did lock up.

So I tried out the test suite, on my test machine, with
python3*-3.7.2-5.fc29.x86_64 plus all other Fedora 29 updates. It locked
up in 39 minutes or so.

I reverted to python3*-3.7.1-4.fc29.x86_64 and reran the test suite. It
worked.

The only change logged for 3.7.2-5 is
* Thu Mar 14 2019 Miro HronĨok <[email protected]> - 3.7.2-5
- Security fix for CVE-2019-9636 (#1688543, #1688546)
