FYI, the interface "swandefault" needs a fiewall hole for NFS (and it seems
that the openbsd domain likes to chat to ntp via that same interface).  I
filed bugs.  Later.

Anyway, the large hammer approach is:
  gmake kvm-demolish kvm-install
