Ahh, but as I pointed out at the time, as you put https://download.libreswan.org/binaries/rhel/7/x86_64/libreswan-3.20-0.1.dr1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm into your el7 repo, this will automatically install over 3.19 if you have automatic updates enabled.

I've been using the libreswan repository to keep up to date on my
CentOS <7 boxen.  I recently updated to version 3.20 from the
repository, but I haven't seen any discussion or release announcement
