As far as I know the titleholder is Ogre, an Origin release from 1986. (See attached screenshot). Aside from Windows 1.0a, which arrived in November 1985, were there any commercial products for the PC line with mouse support? GEM perhaps? I know some folks wrote their own public domain programs which included homebrewed mouse drivers, but what about business-land?
