Ebay will investigate and warn (or even suspend) someone for doing this
so programatically. People like this drive me nuts; I never have a
problem with people retracting their bids as a seller, but not when it
is clear abuse. 

I wonder if he is a seller under another ID and uses this one to inflate
the bids on Ultima items in general to ensure he gets a high price.
Scum.

What I suggest we all do is file a complaint with ebay. I just sent a
request asking ebay to "remind" this leech about their rules.
