Don't know Witt's. I found a bunch from Tony Severa, which were on disk for
the Atari ST:

Quest IV (2), Leisure Suit Larry,Space Quest III, Arcade and Backdoors 1
(2), Heroes of the Lance (2), Bard's Tale, Space Question I & II

Look closely at the credits on the image ("maps drawn by Jerry Hewett") and
compare it to the seller's ID (jerhewet). Apparently he still has quite a
few left over from those days, like Garriott and his Computerland
Akalabeths.

I can't find any info on A-Maze-Ment Grafix, but there were a bunch of small
third-party outlets producing game maps and hints in the early to mid-1980s.
Anybody else heard of one called Witt's End Assoc.? I recently traded with
someone for a "Witt's Notes" hint book for Zork I.
