You are not allowed to post explicit sexual content outside the
categories reserved for those types of items.  And you have to respect
copyrights too, so stealing the picture from C.E.'s site is also a
violation.

Haven't looked lately, but I'm sure eBay put something in their terms
stating they are only a venue and not responsible for the content
their users post.

Okay, you made me look it up
(http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-user.html):

     3.5 Information Control.  We do not control the information
     provided by other users that is made available through our
     system.  You may find other user's information to be
     offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive.  [. . .]

There's also section 17, stating (basically) that binding arbitration
shall take the place of lawsuits.
