Three cent coins... not sure what's worse, that or the upcoming $5 coins :( Hmm did you know the USA used to have 1/2 cent, 2 cent and 3 cent coins (and a 20 cent piece)? Half dimes too (as opposed to a nickle, half dime was a VERY tiny silver coin) Also 2.5, 3 and 4 $ gold pieces (I believe they called the $4 coin a "Stella", very rare now) Long time ago, maybe you folks are just getting around to the 3nees :) They keep trying the $1 coin here too, never works, the Eisenhower (big and heavy like old silver dollar but made of cheapo copper and nickel), then the Susan B Anthony (ugly and hard to tell from a quarter) and latest was the "golden" dollar. No one ever spent the dang things. Except for me maybe, used to buy rolls of the golden dollars and spend them just so someone would....................
