So what do we think of bands who wear their *own* merchandise on-stage? Is

a) shameless self-promotion?
b) post-modern irony?
c) just having a wank?
d) all of the above?
Personally I always get a kick out of watching Ride's '94 Brixton Academy
vid and seeing Steve wearing one of their T-shirts. It's kinda cool...
