Two more possibilities, with the XML where it is now, the library
still at C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\library and it saying
"library/test.jpg" in the XML:

a) go to C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\ and launch swfmill like this:
C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject> C:\Programme\swfmill\swfmill simple
application.xml application.swf

b) like above, but with swfmill copied to C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\:
C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject> swfmill simple application.xml application.swf

The only alternative I can thing of is ming. FlashDevelop comes with
swfmill, maybe it's easier to use it with a GUI. I'm not sure, because
I can't run FlashDevelop on Mono, unfortunately.
