There is a know flash player + FF 2(?) bug which means flash player craps out after more than x number of flash files on a page play audio. I thought it was > 15, but that is only by vague memory...
It is not a swfobject bug, but a general flash player one. It might have been fixed in a later version of flash player. What version are you using right now?
