Yeah, your hosting company could have (intentionally or unintentionally) 
served up a 301 redirect for your domain/URL, which googlebot picked up on 
and used for its cache.  You should check with them, as I can't come up with 
any other scenario where this would have happened (except a bug in 
googlebot -- which, good luck trying to report/troubleshoot that!).  :)
