Off the top of my head, I'd guess maybe it's a path'ing thing, like the 
flash not being able to find the skin file or some data XML file for your 
player due to relative/absolute path issues.  My best suggestion is to make 
everything an absolute path, and see if that corrects it.

Otherwise, can you send us a link?
