Update: I am sure it has already been stated but, the latest confirmations from Google has been that their spider will check the site and is it has no javascript or flash player as such it will read the html content first. So use it to get your site indexed for key terms. Don't forget that it is possible somebody will see that content so don't try dirty black hat SEO as you could end up with an ugly page.
