According to the documentation, swfobject.getObjectById() is only to be used in conjunction with static publishing. Unable to find an equivalent for dynamic publishing (which is what I need to do), I decided to try using getObjectById, just in case. To my surprise it actually worked (tested in Firefox 3, IE6, IE7, and Safari).
Is this expected? Is it safe to use swfobject.getObjectById() with dynamic content? If not, and this is just a fluke, is there a better way to do it? I'm using version 2.1. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SWFObject" group.
