Dang it. That is not working either...

I placed http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/images.xml
into the swf file, changed the path to the images in the xml file to:

<album title="" description=""

lgPath="http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/gallery/large/";>
<img src="p1.jpg" caption="Motorsports Management - Joe Gibbs Racing Tour" />
<img src="p1.jpg" caption="Motorsports Management - Joe Gibbs Racing Tour" />
</album>

The swf works fine:

http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/top-header.swf

But the HTML will not display the swf, I even changed the paths in the html to
absolute...

http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/current-students/index.html

I am missing something really simple here, but for the life of me, I cannot
figure it out. I had forgotten about the swf file paths being relative to the
html location not the swf, so I thought that this was the ticket.

        In your swf, you try to load images from: images.xml - the swf is
loaded into a page at:
        http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/current-students/top-header.html

        BUT - images.xml is NOT in the same folder (current-students), but in
another folder. Paths in your swf start where the html page that the swf is
embedded in are, not where the actual swf is. The easiest way to make keep your
paths straight, is to use absolute addresses for the path to the xml file, and
also, in the xml file, make the path to your two photos absolute, like this:

        in the swf, the path to your xml file would be:
        http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/images.xml

        In your xml file, the path to your photos would be:
        <gallery>
        −
        <album title="" description="" lgPath="gallery/large/">
        <img
src="http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/p1.jpg";
caption="Motorsports Management - Joe Gibbs Racing Tour"/>
        <img
src="http://www.motorsportsprogram.com/assets/flash/top-header/p2.png";
caption="Motorsports Management - Joe Gibbs Racing Tour"/>
        </album>
        </gallery>

        Then your content will show in the swf.
        hth,

                Maybe the error causes in the not unique id of the containing
div and the object. The id is the same: top_promo_flash

                        Here is a page where I broke it down even more to just
display the swf
                        only...Makes no sense why it is not working.
