Flash can do all of those things . . . SWFObject is only the code that loads your flash - if you have trouble loading your flash file into a browser, this is the list to ask at. If you have trouble creating your flash file that can play, pause, stop, adjust volume, etc. you need to learn Flash, not SWFObject. There are many sources for learning flash on the net, one good peer group is:
