I commented the swfaddress includes, and I still get the error.
On IE7 xp and Vista

Here's my way of encountering the problem :
I go on another site (google for example) and delete my IE cache.
Next, I go to www.bisco.ca and click english version.
On the next page, I get the IE error.

This doesn't happen if :
cache is not empty before loading the page
you go directly to the page www.bisco.ca/en/
