As you have already loaded the page content once for your HTML request,
requesting it again in Flash should come from cache, so no overhead....
Better than loading a separate XML file etc in my opinion.

Thanks for this article. I had actually thought about option 3 but
thought it would be a bit too request-heavy. But it may be the best
way to conserve portability. I'll give it a shot.
