You will find better help on the generalist Flash forums like kirupa and acctionscript.org The only quick thing I will add is that depending on the encoding settings, the machine playing back the video may choke due to the CPU speed of the machine. Decoding and playing back video is expensive CPU wise and older machines can suffer these days...
