yup, wherever you place the alternative content div, is where the flash will be 
to replace it - one note - if you need to bump the swf left, or right, or 
center, or any other css stuff to 'move' the swf, wrap your alternative content 
div in another div and work your css on it - never directly on the alternative 
content div.
