To get more generic understanding of methods around deeplinking, you may
also want to browse the SWFAddress offering at:

http://www.asual.com/swfaddress/docs/

It's a good discussion on how you would use a library to handle deep
linking, which the GAIA framework kind of abstracts and automates for you,
if I understand correctly.  This is not a suggestion to use SWFAddress
directly, because I don't believe you need to.
