Hi Erik Sounds like you have a corrupt Flash player install. If the this page alerts that you have any version other then what you know you have (or not installed at all), then you know that the Flash player is not installed correctly: http://www.bobbyvandersluis.com/swfobject/testsuite_2_1/test_api_getflashplayerversion.html
