Ok, I got this to work. The way I was creating the flash movie was to
create both a swf and flv file. I then created just a single swf file
that contains both the movie and player. This loads the first frame
in both FF 3.x, IE8 and IE6. I'm using Flash Video MX Pro 5 from
Moyea.
