I don't think you have a basic understanding of what SWFObject or AC_FL_RunContent actually do.
They are javascript libraries for embedding flash files onto an HTML page. They do not control any video player skins, or menus in any way. There is no built in "menu" for a Flash file, so I don't know what you are expecting to see. The reason why you are not seeing your video player skin is that you have not placed the skin file on your server.
