Ok. As this list is very specific to swfobject related issues, I wanted to check that you have:
- A good grasp of Flash video and what the requirements for playing back an FLV file on a web page - Can demonstrate that you file works using the standard object/embed method for Flash (i.e. you think there is a bug in swfobject) - Tried to use the swfobject code generator to help you format you code The reason I bring up these points is that based on your post, it seems like you might not have all the ingredients needed for a basic Flash video playback (like a swf based video player component), unless your skin.swf is the skin AND the player. If you are just starting out with Flash video, I suggest you research it a bit more, and when you want to embed your working Flash player onto your HTML page with all the goodness swfobject brings, then hit the list again. The moderators are here to help people having swfobject related problems but we cannot help people learn general Flash authoring or javascript.
