FLV cannot play independently on web page, it needs to be exported to
a swf file.
If you don't want to make swf for every flv movies, you can make a flv
player with playlist and add your flv movies to the playlist so that
one swf player can play multiple flv videos.
You can use playerdiy.com - http://www.playerdiy.com/
which is a quick solution to make custom flash video player with
playlist for website.
