Thanx for the help. I tried positioning the wrapper div and the video div but still it is not working. Still the video is on the top of all contents. I have opaque wmode for the video and z-index=1 for the video wrapper and z- index 999 for nav wrapper. The video is linked from you tube and it is a Joomla project where I have embeded my video directly from administrator section as an article.
Please do you have any more suggestion for me?. Thank you in advance.
