Have you actually tried to follow that link? It does not return a js file, so that would be your problem.
Google hosts the swfobject library here: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/swfobject/2.2/swfobject.js (from wiki page): http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/wiki/hosted_library Feel free to use that as your remote location for all your projects.
