This is TOTALLY OFF-TOPIC, but because you are helping riddled disadvantaged people I would want to add this: Go to the Ubuntu website, download, reboot with cd, load OS from CD without install. I this does not work... be like Chuck Norris and kick butt. People in charge have to much power anyways.
