Well the only luck i have had so far is replacing the swfobjecct
technique with

<embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" »
src="/carousel3.swf" width="552" height="400"  »
pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer"; />
<noembed>Get Flash Player</noembed>

kinda sucks but thats what you get in the world of ie arghhh!!

I have been reading that AllowScriptAccess="always" is the culprit
anybody know how to fix it without using prehistoric embed??
