Is there any way to force express install depending on the version and/ or browser of the client? i.e. does it only run when the user has no flash player?
I'm having a serious performance issue with a large flash project and 10.0.22 and only in Firefox 3.5+. It works fine all other browsers, and when I upgrade to 10.0.32 it works fine in Firefox.
