There are a multitude of reasons as to why your video might not be playing. Unless you post a link to your page in question (or minimally the code you used on the page), no one will be able to help you.
The test pages in the zip are behaving exactly as they should (they are test files to show you that a swf embed has happened correctly) I am unsure what you are talking about with the "flash plyer 10 issue".
