Not sure exactly how wimpy works, but in your skin_blackdawn.xml file you
point to the custom blue background like this:

<bkgd_main showhide="show" bkgd_alpha="100" bkgd_color="FFFFFF"
imageURL="skin_blackdawn_bkgd.jpg" height="259"

Since your display page is not in the same folder as the assets, you might
need to make that pointer absolute, like this:

imageURL="http://www.radio713.com/mp3/skin_blackdawn_bkgd.jpg";

And check any other links you might have, and make them all absolute also.
