It is because of your sizing you have defined in both your embedSWF() call
and your CSS. you have told the swf to encompass 100% of the available
browser window (so of course it will resize, when you resize your browser
window).

If you want it at a fixed size, then you should define it as such. This is
more of a generalist CSS / layout question that is probably best answered in
a general web forum.
