That is a CSS question (unless you're old-school and want to use tables :) Here is a page which shows a basic HTML skeleton for centering: http://www.pmob.co.uk/temp/flashbg.htm
The only thing you will want change is to make sure you put a nested div to target with SWFObject inside the "flashhoz" div so that you still have div to style after SWFOBject replaced the target div.
