To reiterate, SWFObject only embeds your file onto the page. Whatever flashvars you pass to your player through SWFobject is specific to your media player, not a specific implementation by SWFObject.
Streamzilla is just a CDN which you load your stream through. You should be able to use any media player to access the stream. In fact on their video they mention the use of JW media player! "Bundled media players White labelled media clients with full-screen, ad insert, hide play bar, many customization options JW Flash Player (unlicensed) JW Silverlight Player (unlicensed) Limits No concurrent stream limits No bit rate limits No file size limits No live source stream limits 1Gbps minimum burst (upgradeable)" So, as I mentioned before, your best option is to go check out the docs for the media player you are using on how to disable the UI elements you want...
