I would make the alt content of the index page have

   1. five main links Portrait, reportage, reklam .. kontact
   2. have a random background css
   3. Break content up over pages for users with out flash/js enabled

A setup along the lines of what Nathan suggests is what I would strive for,
addresses point 3. Though the actual server-side stuff is off topic for this
list. Often sites focus on the flash at the expense of non-enabled visitors.

The important thing is for users viewing the alt version access content -
be unimpeded by not having js/flash enabled - you don't have to replicate
what the flash does

Things are fine with flash on your site. I think that you should UX of the
alt content, just small tweaks.

Currently the way the alt content is presented prevents normal user
interaction - eg I can't scroll to view the content - annoyingly images are
cut off (they disappear out of view)

Use of css would improve presentation the content using more of
the available screen space. Everything is left aligned - with loads of
blank space to the right

UX & SEO go hand in hand - at least stray away from methods of either that
have negative impact on the other.

Using less alt-content in your case would improve UX in that the page
*weight/wait
*would be improved - when I run tests on your site responsiveness the
feedback is that it takes too long to respond. It is possible that this page
has too much going on behind the scenes

However the solutions to the issues I have raised here are off topic for
this list. Fixing them makes for better UX
