Okay so here it goes - When I used the SWFObject tool and ran a test from the directory that housed all of the following: swfobject.js, expressinstall.swf, the HTML to test with, etc - everything ran just fine and I got the player to come up in browser (although in top left corner)
However, I copied that exact same components into another directory and put the JS and HTML code into an index.html page I am creating as a test project through Yahoo! SiteBuilder Website tool and I keep getting the follwoing error: I am at a loss to figure this out and attaching project files here Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; MS-RTC LM 8; yie8) Timestamp: Sat, 6 Feb 2010 20:53:54 UTC Message: Invalid character Line: 1 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Yahoo% 20SiteBuilder/sites/TestSite/swfobject.js Message: 'swfobject' is undefined Line: 21 Char: 4 Code: 0 URI: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Yahoo% 20SiteBuilder/sites/TestSite/sitebuilder/preview/index.html -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SWFObject" group.
