if you can provide a link I can be more exact.
I am assuming you have you swf set
Though from what I understand
your using swfobject 1.x (I am a little hazy on 1.x over 2.x)
var so = new SWFObject( 'myflashFile.swf', 'targetId')
so.write('targetDiv');
the second param set the id of the embed swf
with swfobject 2.1 create an attribs object with id
var attr = {};
attr.id = 'targetId';
you need to set a param to allow fullscreen
