Is it possible? - well, I think you already answered your own question with the example link you provided :)
Adding this functionality is not a function of SWFObject, but custom js code on the page (and perhaps some actionscript for the swfs to talk back to the HTML page). So, this is not really the right place to ask the question. Perhaps on a generalist Flash forum site, or on the Adsense lists?
