object instantiation and delays between things being available in different
ways.

the error you are describing is exactly what I observed when I was looking
at the page - basically the flashvars object does not get constructed
properly (you then it errors on no mp3). The issue definitely appears to be
with Spry (as you have seen that it does not exist when outside the table).
I would suggest you try out the methodology I suggested in my earlier emails
of constructing the DOM first, THEN running your swfobject code.

I don't really know what else to say on this from the swfobject point of
view.
