viewing that example in firefox's firebug I found the xml the demo uses to
be
http://s3.envato.com/files/256829/xml/video.xml
view the source of that xml file and use that.
As I say this is not specific to swfobject but specific to the flv player
you use.
So adjusting Nathan's example
var flashvars = {xmlFile: "xml/video.xml"};
