@Sam - The swf is not on the main page source from what I can see. @Tuba - Not sure exactly what is the problem, as if you isolate just the Flash banner code in the top frame it displays just fine:

I'd look at rebuilding the page with not styling etc and add css / other js until it breaks, and then you'll know what your culprit is.
