I have been corresponding with another web designer who uses the same Flash-based mp3 player that I'm using. He told be something that I couldn't figure a reason for.
>From his Mac OS 10.6.5 and Safari, the page where I'm testing SWFObject 2 works fine. However, if he goes there with the browsers FireFox, SeaMonkey or Camino on the same Mac, he saw the alternative text instead of the player. How should I diagnose this? I used the HTML code generator for SWFObject. Here's the test page (note that I chose to include direct links to the music files rather than an "install Flash" message for my alternate text) ... http://www.keithpurtell.com/kthings/fripp.htm -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SWFObject" group.
