Hi, ive come here in search of a way in which to play a flash video using a button. Whereas all of video players require a simple play(); function, flash seems to require a much more elaborate method, of which there is little to no information about it. Apparently SWFObject can do this, but after reading a few tutorials over and over again and trying for hours to just get a video to show, ive not managed to decipher their examples. What im looking for is a complete working markup, that is, the minimal code required to get a flash video to show in firefox, and play when an image is clicked. Please help!
